    On page 22, beginning on line 1, strike all of section 9

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT:   Removes the provision allowing a person charged with certain DUI-related offenses to be eligible for a total of two deferred prosecutions (with no more than one in a 10-year period).  Current law allows for one deferred prosecution.
