    On page 8, after line 12, insert the following:

    "(8)  The higher education coordinating board, the state board for community and technical colleges, and the institutions of higher education shall develop a uniform billing statement which utilizes a uniform format and definitions. Institutions of higher education must utilize the uniform billing statement no later than the beginning of the 2012-13 academic year."

EFFECT:   Requires the development of a uniform billing statement form to be in use by all of the institutions of higher education no later than the beginning of the 2012-13 academic year.
