    On page 9, line 8, after "(5)" insert "Beginning in the 2012-13 academic year, the University of Washington shall enroll during each term at least the same number of resident freshman undergraduate students, as defined in RCW 28B.15.012, as enrolled during the same term in the 2009-10 academic year. This requirement shall not apply to nonresident undergraduate and graduate and professional students.

EFFECT:  Requires the University of Washington to enroll at least the same number of resident freshman undergraduate students each term as enrolled in 2009-10.
