On page 14, beginning on line 5, strike all of subsection (2) and
insert the following:
"(2) The tax authorized in this section shall be deducted from the
amount of tax otherwise required to be collected or paid over to the
department under chapter 82.08 or 82.12 RCW."
EFFECT: Makes a cultural access authority sales and use tax a credit against the state sales and use tax.
