    On page 5, line 27, after "(a)" insert "The financial ability of the department to pay for the provisions of a collective bargaining agreement relevant to employee safety;

    (b)"

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Requires the arbitration panel to consider the financial ability of the Department of Corrections to pay for the provisions of a collective bargaining agreement relevant to employee safety.
