    On page 3, line 1, after "(b)" strike all material through "membership" on line 2 and insert "The speaker of the house of representatives shall appoint the chair of the task force from among its legislative members"

EFFECT:  Requires the Speaker of the House to appoint the task force chair from among the legislative members, rather than the task force choosing the chair from its membership.
