EFFECT:   Provides that persons who are receiving financial or medical public assistance benefits from another state are not eligible for benefits under the Long-Term Disability Assistance Program, the Aged, Blind, and Disabled Assistance Program, the Pregnant Women Assistance Program, or the Essential Needs and Housing Support Program.
