    On page 2, beginning on line 1, after "information." strike all material through "claim." on line 3 and insert ""Claim file" does not include notes, reports, or other information or documents that constitute attorney work product or are subject to attorney-client privilege."

EFFECT: Strikes requirement that the definition of "claim file" be liberally construed.  Provides that "claim file" does not include notes, reports, or other information or documents that constitute attorney work product or are subject to attorney-client privilege.
