    On page 16, line 1, after "more than" strike "thirty" and insert "((thirty)) fifteen"

EFFECT:  Changes the provision in current law to limit attorney's fees to not more than 15 percent (instead of 30 percent) of the increase in the award secured by the attorney's services at the Department of Labor and Industries.
