    On page 2, beginning on line 22, after "(iii)" strike all material through "(iv)" on line 23 and insert "((Rural health care facilities as defined in RCW 70.175.020;

(iv)))"

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Removes rural health care facilities from the definition of "health care facility."
