    On page 1, line 26 of the striking amendment, after "on a" strike everything through "section" on page 2, line 2, and insert "biennial project lists shall not exceed twelve million dollars"

EFFECT:  Restores the current $12 million cap on the total amount of recommended state funding for projects.
