    On page 2, beginning on line 25, after "counties," strike "road districts,"

On page 3, line 6, after "by" strike "December 31, 2014" and insert "November 1, 2012"

    EFFECT:  Makes the following changes:

· Removes road districts from being exempt from joint select committee review and evaluation.

· Changes the committee's deadline for reporting findings to the Governor and the Ways and Means committees to November 1, 2012.
