On page 8, after line 13 of the amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 13 If specific funding for the purposes of this act is not provided by June 30, 2012, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

EFFECT: Provides that the act is null and void if specific funding is not provided by June 30, 2012, in the omnibus appropriations act.
