    On page 4, line 34 of the striking amendment, after "jury." insert "Only upon signature of three judges may a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction or other equitable relief be ordered by the court."

EFFECT:   Requires a panel of three judges, rather than just a single judge, to order a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or other equitable relief.
