    On page 5, after line 18, insert the following:

    "(18) A tribal government or a member of any tribe that has retroceded civil jurisdiction may not file an action under sections 1 through 6 of this chapter."

EFFECT:   Prohibits tribal governments or members of tribes that have retroceded civil jurisdiction from filing an action under the Washington voting rights act.
