    On page 6, after line 7, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION.  Sec. 7.  Nothing in this act alters or amends the provisions of RCW 84.52.0531 or the methodology for calculating the school district levy base set forth therein." 

     Correct the title.

EFFECT:  States that the provisions of the bill do not alter or amend the provisions of current law regarding calculation of the levy base.
