SCOPE AND OBJECT 04/05/2011

    On page 2, after line 19, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect thirty days after Engrossed Substitute House Bill 1094 takes effect."

    Correct the title.

EFFECT: (1) Causes the bill to take effect thirty days after Engrossed Substitute House Bill 1094 takes effect; and (2) makes the enactment of the bill contingent on the enactment of Engrossed Substitute House Bill 1094.
