    On page 7, line 15 of the striking amendment, after "(a)(i)" insert "Is twenty-one years of age or older;

(ii)"

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Requires a person to be twenty-one years of age or older to be a qualifying patient; i.e., a person eligible to use medical cannabis.
