    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Removes the provision that would eliminate the responsibility of the higher education coordinating board to provide recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature each year regarding capital budget projects for the community and technical college system and public baccalaureate institutions.
