    On page 1, line 23, after "For" strike "sex offenses or kidnapping offenses" and insert "all other sex offenses or kidnapping offenses committed by a juvenile"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that juveniles who committed Class A sex or kidnapping offenses at the age of 14 years old or younger, and juveniles who committed sex and kidnapping offenses other than Class A offenses may petition the court to be relieved of the duty to register 24 months after being released from confinement.
