Beginning on page 1, line 18, after "uses" strike "propulsion units powered solely by electricity" and insert "a fuel or propulsion type that is not subject to the payment of a motor vehicle fuel tax or special fuel tax"
EFFECT: Applies the $100 annual renewal fee to any motor vehicle that uses a fuel or propulsion type that is not subject to the payment of a motor vehicle fuel tax or special fuel tax, and removes the requirement that propulsion units be powered solely by electricity.
