On page 2, at the beginning of line 14, strike "funded in whole or
in part by the department of fish and wildlife" and insert "((funded in
whole or in part by the department of fish and wildlife))"
EFFECT: Removes the requirement that the research that the cougar hunting pilot project must be developed to be consistent with is research that is funded by the department of fish and wildlife.
