    On page 8, line 15 of the striking amendment, after "whistleblower." insert "This subsection does not apply if a whistleblower has a remedy under a collective bargaining agreement grievance procedure."

EFFECT: Provides that the unfair practice provision does not apply if a whistleblower has a remedy under a collective bargaining agreement grievance procedure.
