    On page 10, line 30, after "enforcement." insert "In addition, the cooperative agreement must restrict the fee revenue use by a city to the costs of enforcing state laws or rules applicable to limousine carriers and chauffeurs."

EFFECT: Requires a cooperative agreement that allows for local enforcement of limousine laws to restrict the fee revenue use by a city to the costs of enforcing state laws or rules applicable to limousine carriers and chauffeurs.
