    On page 5, line 14 of the striking amendment, after "(3)" strike all material through "(4)" on line 21

    On page 5, line 33 of the striking amendment, after "(c)" strike "Consistent with section 6 of this act, refused" and insert "Refused"

EFFECT:  Removes the provision that allows the Department of Agriculture to apply to a court for an administrative search warrant after being denied access to a domestic residence housing a home kitchen.
