    On page 5, beginning on line 34 of the striking amendment, after "predictable" strike all material through "factor" on line 35 and insert "reserving strategy"

EFFECT:   Removes language that requires the GET governing body to adopt an actuarially sound and prudently predictable payout value factor and replaces it with language that requires the GET governing body to adopt an actuarially sound and prudently predictable reserving strategy for the GET program.
