    On page 1, after line 11, insert the following:

    "(b) The department, or any local transit agency that has received state funding for a park and ride lot, may not enter into a lease with a retailer of motor vehicle fuels if there are any retailers of motor vehicle fuels within ten miles of the park and ride lot."

EFFECT:  Prevents the department, or any local transit agency that has received state funding for a park and ride lot, from entering into a lease with a retailer of motor vehicle fuels if there are any retailers of motor vehicle fuels within ten miles of the park and ride lot.
