    "(b) The department, or any local transit agency that has received state funding for a park and ride lot, may not enter into a lease with a private entity allowing for the operation of a dry cleaning facility."

EFFECT:  Prevents the department, or any local transit agency that has received state funding for a park and ride lot, from entering into a lease with a private entity allowing for the operation of a dry cleaning facility.
