    On page 7, line 35, after "fewer than" strike "one hundred eighty" and insert "two hundred"

EFFECT:  Changes the population range from 100,000 through 180,000 to 100,000 through 200,000 regarding which counties located east of the crest of the Cascade mountain range are permitted to hear requests under the bill.
