    On page 15, after line 15 insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 15.  A new section is added to Chapter 9.94A to read as follows:

    This act does not apply to an offender convicted of rape of a child in the second degree under RCW 9A.44.076. An offender convicted of rape of a child in the second degree under RCW 9A.44.076 is subject to RCW 9.94A.633, 9.94A.706, 9.94A.714, 9.94A.737, and 9.94A.740 as they existed on January 1, 2012."

EFFECT: Exempts offenders convicted of rape of a child in the second degree from the new hearing requirements and sanctions for violations of community custody and reinstates for such offenders the hearing requirements and sanctions for violations of community custody as they currently exist in chapter 9.94A RCW.
