    On page 7, line 21 of the striking amendment, after "if" insert "restitution has been paid and"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that the court must grant a motion to seal for deferred dispositions that have been granted prior to the effective date of this act only if the person making the motion is age 18 or older and restitution has been paid.
