    On page 4, line 29, after "December 30, 2012" insert ", and report back to the legislature by December 1, 2014, regarding implementation of its model rules"

    On page 4, after line 31, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 6.  Sections 1 through 5 expire August 1, 2015."

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Requires WIAA to report to the Legislature by December 1, 2014, regarding implementation of the model rules that it is tasked with developing.  Provides that all of the sections in the bill expire August 1, 2015.
