    On page 1, at the beginning of line 4 of the title, strike “adding a new section to chapter 47.04 RCW;”

EFFECT: Removes all of section 7, which requires that the Department of Transportation, when making improvements to a state highway that is also a main streets, consult with local jurisdictions and consider the needs of all users by applying design solution that are consistent with reports and publications.
