    On page 9, line 13 ,after "dollars." insert the following:

"However, the fee for an applicant who is unable to establish the applicant's lawful status in the United States, as defined in 6 C.F.R. Sec. 37.3, shall be $500"

EFFECT:  Creates a $500 fee for driver's license applicants who are unable to verify their lawful presence in the United States.
