On page 16, beginning on line 3 of the title amendment, after "70.148.060;" strike all material through "42.56.250;" on line 4
EFFECT: Removes the section requiring that "applications of finalists applying for the highest management position in a public agency, county, or local government department" be disclosed under the public records act. (The current law exempts these materials under the employment and licensing exemptions.)
