On page 2, beginning on line 11, after "(((b)))" strike all material through "securities;" on line 16 and insert "(ii) Other personal property, except personal earnings as provided under RCW 6.15.050(1), not to exceed ((two)) three thousand dollars in value, of which not more than ((two hundred)) one thousand dollars in value may consist of cash, and of which not more than:
     (A) For debts owed to state agencies, two hundred dollars in value may consist of bank accounts, savings and loan accounts, stocks, bonds, or other securities. The maximum exemption under this subsection (1)(c)(ii)(A) may not exceed two hundred dollars, regardless of the number of existing separate bank accounts, savings and loan accounts, stocks, bonds, or other securities.
     (B) For all other debts, one thousand dollars in value may consist of bank accounts, savings and loan accounts, stocks, bonds, or other securities. The maximum exemption under this subsection (1)(c)(ii)(B) may not exceed one thousand dollars, regardless of the number of existing separate bank accounts, savings and loan accounts, stocks, bonds, or other securities;"

     On page 9, line 23, after "account" strike "of" and insert ", up to $200.00 when there are debts owed to state agencies, or for all other debts"
