     On page 3, line 12 of the amendment, after "(xx)" insert "Sailing dinghies and surfboards;
     (xxi)"

     Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Exempts sailing dinghies and surfboards from the definition of children's product.
