On page 9, beginning on line 11, after "of a" strike all material through "9.94A.030(31)" on line 12 and insert "felony"
On page 9, beginning on line 14, after "release." strike all material through "release." on line 22
EFFECT: Provides that the board must revoke an offender's release based on a conviction for any felony offense without the possibility of release. Removes the language that allowed offenders who violated, with convictions for felonies that were not most serious offenses, to repetition the board for conditional release after ten years.
