On page 9, line 2, after "within a" strike "six-month" and insert "one-year"
EFFECT: Provides that the board must revoke an offender's release based on three violations of conditions or requirements of community custody within a one-year period, rather than a six-month period, and that these offenders can repetition for release after two years in total confinement.
