On page 4, line 26, after "cause.))" insert "Any meeting by the board of directors must be held at a time and place that is convenient for the homeowners of the association. A convenient time is between five o'clock p.m. and nine o'clock p.m. on a weekday or between nine o'clock a.m. and five o'clock p.m. on a Saturday or Sunday. A convenient place means a location within twenty miles from any property subject to the governing documents.
