    On page 5, after line 6, insert the following:

    "(9) Funding assistance may only be provided to productions that employ at least seventy-five percent of the labor force with Washington state residents."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  To receive funding assistance, a production must employ at least 75% of the labor force with Washington residents.
