On page 2, line 5, after "licensee" insert "that exceeds fifty percent beer and/or wine sales"
On page 2, line 8, after "sale." insert "If the beer and/or wine specialty shop licensee doesn't exceed fifty percent beer and/or wine sales, the board may waive the fifty percent beer and/or wine sale criteria if the beer and/or wine specialty shop maintains alcohol inventory that exceeds fifteen thousand dollars."
EFFECT: Beer and/or wine specialty shop licensees with over 50% of beer and/or wine sales can get an endorsement to sell beer to purchasers who bring their own container and have it filled at the tap at the time of sale. The Liquor Control Board can waive the over 50% sales requirement if the beer and/or wine specialty shop licensee carries alcohol inventory worth over $15,000.
