    On page 6, after line 29, insert

    "(9) Subsections (7) and (8) of this section expire on January 1, 2014."

    On page 10, line 10, after "program." insert "This subsection expires on January 1, 2014."

    On page 12, line 5, after "RCW 18.130.180(7)." insert "This section expires on January 1, 2014."

EFFECT: The changes made in the bill for the payment requirements will expire on January 1, 2014.
