    On page 94, beginning on line 4, increase the General Fund--State Appropriation in fiscal year 2013 by $6,000,000.

    Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Funding is provided for family planning services within the Department of Health.

FISCAL IMPACT:  Increases the GF-S appropriation by $6 million.
