    On page 171, line 23, increase the appropriation by $510,000.

    On page 171, line 25, increase the appropriation by $4,413,000.

    Adjust the total accordingly.

    On page 173, line 9, increase the appropriation by $2,000.

    On page 173, line 11, increase the appropriation by $19,000.

    Adjust the total accordingly.

    On page 176, line 16, increase the appropriation by $86,000.

    On page 176, line 18, increase the appropriation by $812,000.

    Adjust the total accordingly.

EFFECT:   Restores the general fund reduction taken as a result of additional non-resident undergraduate tuition increases at the UW, WSU, CWU, and WWU.

Fiscal impact:  $8.1 million
