    On page 94, beginning on line 4, increase the General Fund--State Appropriation in fiscal year 2013 by $5,000,000.

     Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.

EFFECT:  Restores funding to the Blue Ribbon Public Health funds.

FISCAL IMPACT:  Increases GF-S by $5 million.
