    On page 2, line 33, after "(b)" insert "to law enforcement,"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that, in addition to when authorized by court order, results from the facial recognition matching system may be disclosed only to law enforcement when the Department has reason to suspect various prohibited acts related to license fraud.
