Background: Registered tow truck operators are allowed to collect the costs of towing, storage, or other services rendered during the course of towing, removing, impounding, or storing impounded vehicles.
Summary of Bill: Registered tow truck operators are allowed to charge the registered owner of an impounded vehicle for tolls and ferry fares paid during the towing, removing, impounding, or storing of an impounded vehicle.
