AN ACT Relating to skiing in an area closed to the public; adding a new section to chapter 79A.45 RCW; and prescribing penalties.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1 A new section is added to chapter 79A.45 RCW
to read as follows:
A person is guilty of a misdemeanor if the person knowingly skis in
an area or on a ski trail, owned or controlled by a ski area operator,
that is closed to the public and that has signs posted indicating the
closure.
