Modifies animal trapping provisions relating to: (1) The authority to manage the trapping of wild animals;

(2) Department-issued trapping licenses;

(3) Course of instruction in trapping techniques;

(4) Trapping on private property;

(5) Prohibited traps;

(6) Identification to be attached to traps;

(7) Revocation of trapping license; and

(8) Trapping license fees.
